Don't want to run nmea-2000 cabling from engines to helm? You don't have to!

Posted by Benjamin Stein on

Do you wish you could get data from your engines to your helm but don't want to tackle the task of running cabling through your boat from the engines to your helm?  Using two YDWG NMEA-2000 to WiFi gateways you can wirelessly extend your NMEA-2000 network.

You will need to configure the two YDWG devices to talk to each other.  When you're done you will have a wireless link across your NMEA-2000 backbone allowing communications from your engines (or anywhere else on your boat) to your helm (or anywhere else on your boat).
