Returns 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included.

To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and the same condition you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, or any damaged item or item missing parts
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery - a minimum of a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns accepted over 30 days

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund amount or if there's an issue accepting the item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Yacht Devices U.S.  PO Box 2815 Fort Myers, FL 33902. Your original order number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you received free shipping when your item was ordered, the actual cost of shipping the items will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
